Monday, Monday. Going away at last. Closer to Yoga Tuesday! Another practice, another session to burn stress and a two-fold strength builder: strengthen my body to build endurance  and strengthen my will to endure pain. I will prevail.

Yoga day 4/26
Yoga day today. Pretty intense! That’s what you get with a USMC PT trainer as a yoga teacher :O Not complaining though. I like it intense, as long I don’t hurt the next 2 days. Today I learned how to go from Warrior 1 (Virabhadrasana 1) to Warrior 3  (Virabhadrasana 3) in one motion, just by tilting over my front leg while and wheeling my arms forward. Sweet!

Yoga day
Tuesday is the first yoga day of the week. Finally!  I was so messed up with all the driving and bad postures from today. I needed yoga. Today we did trees, dancer, trikonasa, revolving triangle and warriors. Incredibly, it was one of my best balance days. Can’t wait for next class!

Today was Yoga in a Circle Saturday. Best way to start the weekend evah! All the week stress, all the pain, all the tension goes away after the first powerful Virabhadrasana. Look beyond your fingertips, keep strong. Look beyond the grasp of your hand, keep strong! Focus in the infinite, keep strong!! All goes away, just you, your strength, your warrior takes over. You win. Peaceful warrior....
